Heya terrific blog! Does running a blog like this take a massive amount
work? I have absolutely no expertise in programming but I had been hoping to start my own
blog soon. Anyhow, if you have any ideas or techniques for new blog owners please share.
I understand this is off subject but I simply wanted to ask.
Thanks a lot!
Hi thanks for your compliment.
Its taken quite a lot of planning, and a few re-do’s but the wordpress platform is quite easy to work with intuitively. I have used tips from other bloggers posts and I really find this following site helpful (below) http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com
I hope to gradually populate the site this year so I cover many more exercise areas from the perspective of physiotherapy exercises for condition management.
